Commission Process
To begin you must fill out the Google Commission Form. After doing this I will contact you via email to confirm details and inform you of your spot on the queue.
____________________________Payment
All payments must be made in USD.After I contact you and details of your commission are confirmed I will begin a concept sketch within 1-3 days. This sketch will be rough and lacking in fine detail, only meant to give an approximation of the full piece. Upon completion of this sketch I will contact you again for approval, at which time you can request changes. Before I can finish your commission I expect the full payment at this point.Payments can be made through Paypal or Ko-fi.
If using Paypal I will send an invoice after confirming the concept sketch is to your liking over email. If using Ko-fi please specify in the donation that the payment is for a commission.If your commission is over $100 USD I accept split payments, one half at the start and the other half at the end.

After the initial sketch you are free to request changes or edits.I won't continue your commission beyond a sketch until payment is made using the service of your choosing.Estimated time from start to finish averages around a week but expect longer for complicated pieces. You can request small changes to the finished piece 24 hours after completion.

I reserve the right to turn down a commission for any reason.
I won't draw most fetishes, gore, illegal content, or anything that makes me feel discomfort. If you're unsure about an idea please contact me, but I may not divulge the reason for saying no.
____________________________Refund PolicyRefunds may be given if I am unable to deliver a commission for any reason. This may be due to art block, time constraints, or if I feel the commission is beyond my skill level.NO REFUNDS after final piece is delivered. Clients can request small edits but if you (the client) are dissatisfied with the completed product I will attempt to negotiate over email. Do not commission me if you're in an unstable financial situation and might need that money for any other reason.In case of chargeback without a legitimate reason I will add that client to the banned list and refuse to do business with them again.

Artificial Intelligence / AIYou are forbidden from using my work for AI purposes, be it for making personal edits or for training data. If I discover you've used my work for anything related to AI you will be added to the banned list.

Consumer DataBy agreeing to commission me I only gather information provided by you (the client) such as your name, email address, and any additional contact information you share.Images and text you provide for references are only kept during the commission process and are deleted upon completion.After work is completed your Google Form will be removed, but invoices will be kept for tax reasons and as proof of work for 5 years.
